
We offer a Air-Spring conversion system that is based off a K-Tech ORSS system. We currently implement this system into the AER48 and 85CC sized AER43 Fork. This Spring Conversion system is $590.

This system allows the fork to operate much higher in the stroke under load. More hold up in cornering, and less bottoming out on hard landings. Federung testing and tuning requires a setting with a much stiffer coil spring, more oil bath volume, and more preload. This system also uses the stock fork cap to be compliant with the AMA limited class rule.
