Fork Service (most forks)

This service includes: the complete disassembly of all components in the forks , deep cleaning of all components, and the replacement of all wear parts

  • New: OEM Fork wear part components (oil seals, dust seals, inner and outer bushings)

  • New: piston bands (replacement of all piston friction bands)

  • Inspection of fork seal stanchion surface area, report and/or resolve damage to surface areas

  • Additional time and material for failed components may require additional cost

Shock Service

This Service includes a full inspection/service/repair.

  • completly disassemble the shock, inspect all components and verify function of each component application

  • Remove and install new seal head, or rebuild sealhead with OE wear components

  • Complete cleaning and inspection of all internal components

  • Replace piston band

  • Use Industry leading Andreani vacuum pump to degas the shock oil

  • Recharge bladder or piston with Nitrogen
